Money/budgeting podcasts?

Anyone listen to any, or can you recommend some?

Thanks!

Not exactly, but my friend just sent me a few things to listen to:

Stairway to Riches by Larry Lincoln, which is a bit corny, but has some interesting concepts. Also Success Through PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) which I just started, and really like. Being positive is something that I need to work on, as it seems to be related to the number of opportunities we find.

I also just listened to Bruce Lipton's Biology of Belief and it was amazing! Totally not about budgeting, but about how what we think affects our health and happiness.

I'm subbing this thread for more ideas though! I have really enjoyed listening to these motivational books while I walk to work lately...

While not specific to personal budgeting or finances, I think NPR's Planet Money is very well done. The gist behind it is to explain current complex financial and economic issues in terms that everyone can understand.

I highly recommend the piece on the mortgage meltdown.

I love Dave Ramsey's radio show. You can listen on his website (www.daveramsey.com) or you can get an hour free (and no commercials) via iTunes daily.

If I remember correctly (which I might not!) you can download the podcasts for free if you sign up for the trial MyTotalMoneyMakeover.com. The membership fee is pricey, but the trial is free for 7 days and I believe you can go ahead and download the podcasts from the last 30 shows during that trial without having to continue a subscription.

This is something I've been meaning to try, but so far I've been able to get by just listening to the free show on the regular DR web site.

I am going to check this out- I mentioned on the thread I started, about getting started :P, that I am having a hard time with time management. Even though it will probably take an hour to get the DR podcasts downloaded, I can listen while I do so many other things. Good Stuff!
