This is my 4th, you'd think I'd know this, but liek always, every child is different.
My 10 day old dd only wakes every 4 hours to nurse, even at night. She stays up for 1/2 hour at a time then sleeps. She nurses mostly only on one side and falls asleep quickly thereafter but is still nursing.
She has lots of full/wet dipes and poop is mustardy yellow, but even if I try to wake her she refuses to latch
she's content, gaining well, not fussy, but still i wonder if that's enough for her to nurse every 4 hrs
Should I just count my blessings or would you wake her during the day? (I'm goin to stick with not waking her a night
)
