Speech Eval

What should I expect? I have a 21 month old with no words and a few signs. Receptive is good maybe at 19 months but Expressive is as low as 5 month from EI.

How long do you think it will take and what will they do? He already had his hearing screen. That was normal.

Our speech evals have always consisted on playing certain games/showing pictures and getting ds to pick out the correct object they ask him to get. Lots of paperwork they went through asking me if he did certain things-took about an hour to go through everything. Originally Early Steps(early intervention) did a full developmental screening to make sure they didn't see any other issues that could account for the speech delays and that original eval took probably nearly 2 hours, they were very thorough!
