Hi all!

It's been hard to find gluten-free flours that aren't cross-contaminated with other allergens (for us, it's nuts!), so I wanted to make sure everyone knew about King Arthur's flours and mixes.

They are produced in a separate facility that is free of all of the top 8 allergens (including sesame, I think?). They are pricey, and can only be ordered online for now, but they hope to have them in the stores this fall. The woman on the phone did warn me that many of the mixes call for dairy or eggs in the recipes, but assured me that the flours were allergen-free.
