Questions about IVF

Does anyone here have experiences with IVF to share? I posted a thread in the TTC forum asking for some input, but haven't received any responses yet:

There was an IVF thread running there, hopefully still is.

The # 1 thing I think people want to know is whether it will work.

Unfortunately, there are no answers to that.
