OK, we do CD with DD (2yo) but now we're expecting twins! So I need to re-evaluate my newborn stash. I have:
36 infant sized indian prefolds
12 birdseye flats
4 newborn size proraps covers
4 small thirsties covers
2 small bummies covers
4 Bumgenius one-size pockets (in poor condition)
I found 36 dipes to be far too many for DD as a newbie, and the 4 covers were enough to manage until she was big enough for the smalls (about 4 wks). I'll be washing more often with twins (maybe 3 in dipes, since DD is struggling with the potty thing). So figure washing every day or two. I'm planning to make a couple of wool longies or soakers too. There's the possibility they'll be small just because they're twins, but DP was a large baby, so, who knows?
So, I need more snappis and probably a couple more newborn covers. What else? BTW, NO MORE BUMGENIUS. I don't like them. I'd consider some pockets for out and about, but prefer snaps, at this point.
On that point, what's good for wipe-clean snap covers?
TIA
