2.5 and everything "hurts"?

Is this a normal phase/game or should I be concerned? Lately my 2.5 yr old DD is constantly telling me that something hurts. Knee hurts; finger hurts; belly hurts; foot hurts. It's always something different and I always have to kiss it, and then it's usually "all better."

She has various plant allergies and so she often gets itchy rashes after being outside, so sometimes that is the legitimate and visible "hurt." Also, she is very active and gets lots of bruises and occasionally gets cuts. And I wonder if she's just in a sensitive/dramatic phase (or maybe it's her personality) because she'll barely brush a wall or piece of furniture and break down crying.

Is it possible that she is actually feeling pain all the time, or is this something that a lot of toddlers go through?

DD went through a phase of that after her first scrapped knee. It healed up, but every time she saw her knee she'd talk about how it had been "ouchy" "hurt".

She also likes to drop her dolls and give them kisses for their owies.

My dd has been doing this, too! Lots of kisses on the owies! I think when she's really really hurt she will cry, and otherwise she's just exploring.
