My son, 3 1/2, suddenly starting complaining that his penis hurt really badly after he peed earlier today. We are prone to yeast issues and had a stomach virus a couple of weeks ago so I figure he probably has a mild yeast infection so it burned when he peed. I also noticed that he had small red bumps around his little anus after cleaning him up after #2 the other day. But then the burning didn't quickly pass as I would expect and his penis is super swollen, like 2.5 times its normal size and he doesn't even want clothes on. We haven't seen a fever or redness to the area but he seems really uncomfortable. What should we do? I forgot to mention that there is also a bump on the underside of his penis as well.

I think if it was my ds I would take him in to the dr to get it checked out. I'm not really sure how I would treat that at home, besides maybe cool oatmeal baths to relieve the discomfort"
