I was fairly in shape before finding out I was pg this time. I tried to exercise for awhile, but nausea and exhaustion stopped that. I still do about once a week, but I've seemed to have all my muscle tone turn to jello. I would like to get back in shape and retone my arms and legs and butt. Is this even possible during pregnancy? I haven't run for a few months, would it be ok to start back up? Or would an elliptical trainer be better?
Anyone have good pg exercise DVD recommendations that actually give you a workout? Most are much too easy that I have tried. I was using Jillian Michael's No More Trouble Zones and may try to do that but modify some of the things until I find a prenatal one similar.
