A slightly different approach, or rather I think the end result is the same but the method is quite different, is described in the Sticky at the top of this forum. Basically, consume a lot more minerals, and fat soluble vitamins to absorb and use said minerals. The sticky discusses it a lot more, it does seem to help at least some people heal cavities.

Hi, just the other day I listened to an interview with Robert O.Nara in which he mentioned rinsing after brushing with warm, almost hot, salt water. This is supposed to alkalize the mouth and kill bacteria. Just Google Robert O. Nara and salt water and you'll find loads of info.

Can you do eggs? What about ghee? Are you a vegetarian? We can only tolerate real pastured meat and because of the cost we eat very little of it. Palm and coconut are great fats. Nettles and other herbs for infusions are very nourishing. Nourishing = healthy PH. Greens, sweet potatoes, plenty of sea veggies are important.

Use xylitol. You may also want to get a pH strip to test your mouth several times a day for a few days to see for yourself your mouth pH and how it changes. Lots of info at zellies.com and the blog linked from it.
