i know about all the dangers of ingested fluoride in water and foods. i understand that. so my question is, does fluoride in toothpaste help with teeth? i am at the end of my rope right now with my teeth (literally leaving in two minutes to get a root canal). i haven't used fluoride in my toothpaste for years but am wondering if i should start again. any suggestions wise mamas?
