I had all kinds of visions of grandure....

...for my first night alone in months and all I really want to do is sleep.

My son is spending the night with one of his friends tonight. It's the first time in a couple of months that he'll be out of the house for a whole night.
All week I've been jotting down little things I want to do since I'll be home alone.

And now....I'm seriously thinking about going home and going straight to bed!!!

ROFLMAO.

Tell me that's ok.

Of course it's ok...but if you want to make it seem so decadent you could pick up a chocolate bar and a bottle of wine and maybe a dirty novel and take them to bed with you.

Oh, I like PoppyMama's suggestion! ;-) But it is SO okay to just go to sleep, too. You could get up a little extra early in the morning if you wanted to...or hey, just sleep in. It's all good!

DS is going to spend *all day* with his dad on Sunday (it's usually only 4 hrs.), and I'm running around in circles trying to decide what I want to do.

it's definitely okay to go straight to bed! or any of the above ideas . . . maybe you will pop out of bed at 5am feeling absolutely fantastic because of your early bedtime and then have the energy to tackle the fun things on your list.

I hope it's OK, because I just woke up from a lovely two hour nap!
