For those who own a skuut balance bike for their toddlers... what is the seat like? I've been offered one for over half off, used and in great working condition BUT the seat is "scuffed up". I haven't seen it yet, and the man said I could use red electrical tape to fix it up. Is it like a regular foam bike seat? Would that be worth the mess or would you just get one new for regular price? We have the extra money right now and our DD has been begging us for a bike. Thanks in advance!
