I like this blog. It starts when her girl is like 16 months or something like that if you go back and read the archives. I'm still new to Montessori though, so I'm not entirely familiar with everything. She does have some good links though if you want to look through them.

I have some things on my blog, http://homemade-homeschool.blogspot.com. DD is older now, but if you go back in the archives you might find some stuff. Also, http://whatdidwedoallday.blogspot.com has links to 0-3 Montessori blogs.

I do a lot of activities with my toddler too: http://barefootinsuburbia.wordpress.com .  1+1+1=1 is *the* original tot school, and she does a lot of Montessori-based activities with her under 3's, so there is a ton of ideas there: http://1plus1plus1equals1.blogspot.com/

Also, the books How To Raise An Amazing Child, The Montessori Way and Teach Me To Do It Myself are two awesome books for homemade toddler montessori things.

If you don't mind buying some things Lauri puzzles are wonderful.  My toddler does pouring work with a small pitcher and cup (back and forth, back and forth).  Also, set the things you do that she likes to help with up for better access and success.  She can wash the vegetables when you make dinner, rip lettuce for salads, put wash in the washer and dryer, carry or puch the laundry basket to where it need to go, put away dishes.  On and on.  The most natural acts for kids this age is where montessori begins!

Nesting/stacking cups or boxes inside or ontop of each other (Target had a carboard/paper st last year) , put objects in a container for hand/ey coordination and object permanace (use a large container with lid, cut a hole in the lid big enough for the objects. Juice lids work great, poker chips, clothes pins, etc)  Basket of textures of cloth, paper, leather, etc

Jars and bags to open and close are fun too!
