I really think that weight loss is mostly what you're eating, though exercise does help a little. Are you keeping a journal of what you're eating? Do you want to share so we can help you adjust it?

Hi Ladies, I just wanted to check in and say I'm still here. I was really hoping this was the time for me to finally do something about all of this weight, but life has just been so stressful lately and sadly eating is how I deal with stress. I just don't know what to do to get back on track.
