Postpartum dizziness??

I am 2 weeks + 4 days postpartum. For the last few days I have been feeling dizzy about constantly. It is worse when I am sitting down. I am EBF.
This is my second child but do not remember this with DD1.

Could this just be hormonal changes? Anyone else experiencing this?

I had horrible dizziness the first few days postpartum, but at 3 weeks it still hasn't subsided completely. I notice when I turn around quickly aor sit up fast, etc...that I get waves of it and it's driving me nuts. It's much worse when I'm tired too.

I've had my iron and BP checked and everything is fine- I think it's just hormones combined with exhaustion. I had a rough and very sedentary pregnancy, so I think it's going to take a while to bounce back.

I did not have this with my other two pregnancies either.

I'm three weeks and 2 days and its been driving me crazy too. I've been wondering about it because it is not getting any better, if anything it is happening more often. I'm used to getting dizzy from standing up or something, but this is kind of weird because it will just hit me when I'm sitting still or even lying down.

I've dealt with this, plus headaches, at about the same timeframe. Chalked it up to fatigue and hormones. I'm doing RRL/Nettle/Rose Hip infusions again and that seemed to help some. Plus keeping super hydrated and making sure to get enough rest.

Thank you all for the replies. It does help knowing I am not alone in feeling so dizzy.
