Outdoor Activities for kiddos with CP

I'm so excited about the warm summer weather, but could use some suggestions on outdoor activities. I have a kiddo with CP who is often in a wheelchair so it's tricky to go to playgrounds, parks, etc. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get outside and enjoy the season? I personally have some physical limitations, so I would love any ideas that would get us outside together enjoying nature without me carrying him everywhere in the heat...

Bubbles or a mini kite?

"painting" on the patio/deck/walkway with water and a brush.... my kids love that they use chalk too with that sometimes to do "watercolors"...

any birdfeeders or birdbaths to fill?

you didn't mention how old your dc is, but we have a water table that my son LOVES... he can lean against it to support himself while he splashes and plays...

as much as I hate the mess, he loves the sandbox too... and when he gets in it after the water table I pretty much have to strip him naked in the backyard before I can bring him inside

not sure if these are helpful suggestions but I hope so summer is my favorite time of year too so any chance I get to take the kids out to the yard to play makes us all happier

DD likes the kiddie pool. When I don't have the energy for that, I just use the watering can to drizzle water over her feet. She loves bubbles. We lay a blanket out on the grass and just hang out sometimes. She likes to touch grass and leaves and stuff she doesn't normally get to play with. We go for walks and play with the neighbor kids. She can't "play" much but she loves to watch the other kids run around. We don't really do "activities", we just enjoy the season.
