When Will House Sell?

Will our house sell before we move to Colorado in mid-August?

The reason I am asking this is because we have been approved for a loan modification. However, the loan modification has a processing fee of $1195. Therefore, it wouldn't make sense to get it if our house was just going to sell anyway within a couple of months. (It would also be good to know if it is going to sell before we move, as far as knowing if we need to look for renters, because we will be moving out regardless.)

I value your insights very much, and I hope it is not silly to base a $1195 decision on an intuitive's guidance, which I might be doing. So, no pressure.

Eh, $10 or $1195? Seems like you might as well ask someone. Although now I really feel the pressure to save you almost $2000. lol I get that that is a lot of money!

The good news is that I do feel that your house will sell! Can you clarify one thing for me though. Are you military? Because I keep seeing a man in uniform. I was thinking it was the person buying it, but now I think it's your dh. I am trying to see the info about whom to be on the lookout for.

No, my husband is a far cry from the military... he is a chiropractic student.

Any idea on the date that it will sell?

I feel like it is a family that will buy your property, but I continue to see a man in a military uniform. So maybe he's the Dad or something. Be on the lookout for that.

I do think July or August your house will get a contract. More like the end of July, beginning of August. I don't think it will actually close before you move though.

Btw, Colorado is beautiful. I was born and raised in Boulder.
