Hmm, maybe the alcohol? Unless you drink regularly and don't see that effect? I think you'll have to wait for a few more temps to know.

me, i'm just waiting. I'm 6dpo. does anyone else look at their chart 2,600 times a day?
as if it's going to tell me something new. or dance for me or something. |

...but until I see blood im holding onto a tiny bit of hope.
for you! I hope AF stays away!

Samy -
for you! I hope AF stays away!CLH - It could have been the alcohol, or it could be a random high temp. I've had a random temp spike pre-O before, and it freaked me out too. But then the rest of my temps went back to normal and it was nothing. I have no idea why it happened though. AFM - 9 dpo and not feeling very hopeful. I've had red spotting on toilet paper since Saturday. I know that it could be implantation spotting, but considering my spotting history, it's probably just a sign that AF will be here soon. Luckily I should get my progesterone results back today or tomorrow. Oh, I did PIAC this morning though, so I will be testing as soon as I get a chance. It's DH's birthday, so I'm testing just for the heck of it, but I'm definitely expecting a BFN. |

|
Update -I just bought some pregnancy tests and did one, got yet another BFN
![]() Next cycle Im going to try taking the soy isflavones on cd3-7 and vitamin b6 both supposed to help increase LP....and mine ranges from 8-13 days, so maybe that will help. I'm also going to look into taking Maca too. Anyone here taking these things? ...anything is worth a try... |

MommyMatsumoto, for most people, the luteal phase tends to be fairly consistent, as I understand it. If you normally ovulate on CD 19 and your cycle is 31 days long, then your luteal phase is 12 days. If you ovulate later (say CD 22), then your LP ought to be about the same and your cycle will just be longer (34 days in that scenario). That isn't always the case, but does tend to be true for most people, so don't worry about not having enough time for implantation. I didnt see your chart on the front page, so I couldn't look at it, but do you know if you normally have a thermal shift? If you do, then you are almost certainly ovulating. Sorry if this is all info. you already know. is that helpful?
