Anybody main problem is belly fat. I am looking like I am 4/5 months pregnant but the rest of my body is fine. I am 5' 7" and weighs 130. I was way to skinny(between 110-114) before and I have been afraid of losing any weight besides the belly fat but I know I have to work-out all over to do it. I just need to just do it.
I have already started to get the 'R U pregnant comments' since it is summer and there is no jacket covering it up.
Anybody going through this? Have success stories? Advice? Other links on the board you can point me too?
