Do you take it to lengthen your LP? And what dosage do you take?

100 mg once a day from ovulation to AF and slowly reduce with BFP.

and it did help lengthen my lp.

Hi,
I had a 10 day LP. I was taking 100 mg a day and it didn't seem to make much difference, so I upped it to 200. The month after that my LP was a solid 12 days for the first time. That was last month, so we'll see what this cycle does--I was concerned 200 might be too much, so I went back down to 100. I've been taking it every day of my cycle--didn't know it was something to take just from O?

I've always taken it year round, with a b complex. I took 200mg when I really needed help with a short LP due to nursing. I'm not totally sure it worked. I also took maca this time around after my MC and my cycles were great, in addition to 100mg daily of b6. You can take b6 when pregnant, it actually is recommended for morning sickness so there is no reason to stop taking it. It takes a while to get into your system, so I'm not sure stopping it for half your cycle would work as well.

If you have a short LP due to progesterone issues, I'm not sure b6 will help. I know it's supposed to decrease prolactin (which can be higher in nursing mamas) and higher prolactin combats progesterone directly...

Good luck!

On the advice of the ladies here, I am taking 250mg B6 every day (I don't know when I should stop, but I'm only at CD9 with no O signs yet), and I am taking a B100 complex.

I'll let you know if it changes my 9-11 day lp...

I take 200 mg/day, and it increased my LP by two days in the first month of taking it (and, I started taking it on CD 5 or 6, so I didn't even take it the whole month).
