The other day I posted about this crazy dehydration experience I had but now that I am drinking a lot of water I still feel crazy!!!
Here's a summary of what has been going on with me.....
It all started Thurs night (four nights ago)- I got super light headed and dizzy, my face was super red/flushed and my legs were shaking in a weird way like I had the shivers and I was having a total out of body experience. I felt like I got slipped a hallucinogenic drug or something. I though I was having a panic attack (my sister has panic disorder and this is how she describes it) so I called my midwife and she asked me how much water/protein/food I had that day. My protein intake was average and I had about 35 oz of water.(just getting over MS and water intake has been pretty low) She said some things about placentas and blood pressure (I was TOTALLY out of it, I don't remember what she said) and dehydration and to drink at least 16 oz of water, eat some protein and go lay down. If I didn't feel better in an hour to call her back and I could come to her house to take my bp (this was at 11 at night!!) I felt so bad I actually asked her if I could die from this. Its embarassing to think about now- but that's how bad I felt.
Well, I felt better in about 30 min (not normal, just better) and was able to sleep- I woke up about every two hours and chugged a glass of water. The next day I felt totally weak and still a little dizzy but drank about 96 oz of water and ate 100g protein. Saturday and today- I still feel crazy!! I have been eating and drinking so much water (and Recharge and coco water) but I still feel light headed, anxious, really weak and my face gets totally red/flushed around 6 pm every night. I feel totally weird. Its stressing me out (although I'm trying to stay calm)- I don't know if I can even go to work tomorrow!
I've been taking my bp at home and it is always pretty much 120/80. I also just stopped taking 200mg progesterone about 5 days ago that I took for the first 14 weeks of my pregnancy to help prevent miscarriage. I guess I could be having hormonal changes?
Have any of you felt like this? I just want to feel 'normal' I'm going to call my midwife tomorrow and see what she says.

It looks like we live in the same town, with an eerily similar fertility history, and close due dates! Take care of yourself and I hope you feel better very very soon.
