Vaccines and Summer Camp?

Hi, I'm in Minnesota and my ds wants to do a summer day camp. The form asks if he's vaccinated. Just wondering if others who have not vaxed have dealt with this and what did you do? We unschool so I have not had to deal with this situation thus far.
