Talk to me about cotton PUL

Has anyone had any experience with cotton printed pul? My main concern is that it would leak. I bought an aio that was made out of it and it leaked. I read on a forum somewhere that you can send in cute cotton prints and have them laminated with the pul. Does anyone know about this? Any other expertise is appreciated

I would not use it for long periods of time or for a heavy wetter, and you definitely want to use it with a binding to keep the cotton front from rolling inside the legs of the diaper and wicking.
