Hi, I have read a few books like Your Money or Your Life and I am thinking of reading one of Dave Ramseys´as well.
Which did you like best?
Any other suggestions?

Does any of you have one of Ramseys´ books and is willing to sell them?

Really liked Total Money Makeover and there is support thread on this forum for people following that program. Highly recommend. Also, why don't you check out the library for a copy instead of spending the money

Another vote for Total Money Makeover by Dave Ramsey.
I also like Debt Proof Living by Mary Hunt--she has a monthly column in Woman's Day magazine.

Another vote for TMMO. We got it from the library and every time we needed more info from it, we either went to Daveramsey.com to get highlights, more success stories, information, suggestions, etc. or we got it back from the library. If you want to purchase it, there's a sale on his website for $10 (normally $25, I think!).

There is also a free Dave Ramsey like forum---LLNOE dot com---that follows the DR principles.

Thank you all!

Our library doesn´t have it. I will have a look at the websites, thanks.

I like TMMO by Dave Ramsey, Suze Orman's Smart Women money book, the Your Money or Your Life one you've already read. Mary Hunt is also good, Gail vax Oxlade is great too.

The Total Money Makeover changed the way dh and I were handling our money. We are now current on our bills, have paid off our debt, and are well on our way to having a fully funded emergency fund.

Your Money or Your Life and Dave Ramsey's Total Money Makeover changed our world completely.

I got both books through inter-library loan for FREE and just took notes on bits I didn't think i was going to remember. Dave Ramsey has the basics of the Baby Steps up on his website in case you need a reminded.

I liked "The Millionaire Next Door" for saving-money inspiration.

I'm hard core Dave Ramsey and have had great success with it.

LLNOE.com is a very, very helpful site.

I did, too! There are two "millionaire" books by those authors - both were really good.

I also like Jeff Yeager's books. He has a new one out: The cheapskate next door. Quick read and has great ideas to get you started.
