I would read more about it. I haven't yet seen the scientific research to support the idea, but tons of studies that support kegeling. Even most of the pro-squatting camp say that kegels do help and also are wonderful for sexual pleasure and orgasm, but that squats also help. Not *just* kegeling, in other words.
