What do you think? I think it makes intuitive sense. If you just tighten the Kegel muscle, without doing anything to your gluts, of course your pelvis is going to be out of alignment. Odd how somethings seem so obvious only after an expert tells you.

Isolating with kegels never made any sense to me. It always struck me that a naturally fit person should be fit throughout, not just on the outside. I also thought walking and making love would be natural strengtheners (just my impression).
