MIL B-day gift?

My husband and I just had our first baby in April, Abigail. My MIL adores her as she is her only granddaughter... I was thinking of making her a pillow for her b-day with maybe a slot for a picture of her and my daughter with something embroidered on it. I am at a loss here
any ideas? any ideas for any thing else I could make her?

For Christmas we got all the grandparents a large frame with 7 slots. (6 in a "circle" around one in the middle) We did a handprint (you could do a footprint!) with non-toxic paint and wrote DS's full name and "Christmas 2009" on it and then filled the other slots with pictures. We used from birth until that month but you could do whatever...

They were REALLY popular and cheap and easy!
