I think I finally found cloth nappies I like!

The itti bitti d'lish (snap in) ones!

I have only three though - but I paid ÂŁ1 for them! lol
They are BRAND new! - What a bargain! I got them at a NCT sale! (clearly the woman wasn't in it for the money - cause they would have sold for much much more than that! lol).

What I LOVE about them:

They are lovely colours - and SO soft! It is amazing that it is waterproof - you certainly can't feel it! lol You can also use the outter wrap for any other nappy so you still have a lovely amazing coloured soft coverd baby bum! hehe

The inserts are bamboo!

The top layer insert also has this 'suede' stuff on it...it means that his wee soaks through to the bamboo side - but his size keeps it dry against his skin!!! - So if I do offer him the potty but have clearly already missed a wee or two...I don't feel bad putting the nappy back on him (when there is still dry bamboo there - so loads more cloth to soak up! lol).

They are THIN! As we do EC - I can get away with not putting all the inserts in. That makes them as thin as a disposable - seriously! But they feel better cause they are all lovely and soft! lol - and look better too (even if you didn't do EC you could do this - but you would have to have loads more of the inserts so you could change them often enough! - Not a problem as you can get inserts for ÂŁ6 each)

They snap in! As long as there wasn't an explosive poo that soiled the outter wrap - you just change the inside bits! They just snap in!!! (it looks like a pad! lol)...this means if you go out, you just pack inserts in your nappy bag. They take up much less space! Very handy! (and for those who are a bit challenged ....like my DH! lol ...the 'snaps' are colour coded! You can't get it wrong then! - Purple snaps snap into purple snaps...yellow into yellow...red into red! Simple! lol)

You can get these extra cute little bamboo mini booster inserts (that also snap in) for only ÂŁ2 each! ...they add just a bit of extra absorbancy - but still keep it thin!

They come sized - so they do have a better fit than BTP ones. BUT because Hamish is rather large and has a very long torso - I just have in my large sized ones (there are only S,M, or L choice). Apparently those are for 20-40lbs (roughly)...These are 'low rise' nappies so thats why I have him in a larger size cause most other cloth nappies seem to push up under his gut and cause him to spit up cause he has such a long torso that just tends to be where they fall on him. So I can see them lasting him ages because as he gets older and does get bigger in size, they will just start to fit him better and better. However, because I do have the larger size on him - if he had an explosive poo that I didn't catch...I would have to wash the outter wrap! As he gets bigger, they will just fit him better though!

I am buying more - cause three is great, but not enough! hehe

Seriously - you have got to try these!!!

The bamboo insides take a bit to dry - but other than that...seriously no flaws! lol

I have to add as well - this is one cloth nappy I would be happy to have him in the whole night - because that suedecloth lining will keep it dry against his skin even though he wets the most at night. Bamboo will also be able to absorbe it all very well!
