Manipulative focused Math program?

I'm looking into what to use for homeschooling my oldest (who is currently 4.5) starting next year-ish. I'd like to use a math program that is strongly manipulative based, but I have no idea how to even start looking for it... so I thought I'd ask here. Are there good ones that focus on the use of manipulatives?

RightStart Level A might be a good fit for you. It uses an abacus, cubes for patterns and such, tally sticks, etc. Lots of manipulatives.

There's also Shiller Math--which is a Montessori based plan.

Miquon math is completely manipulative based, and seems to be one that a lot of kids like. We've been using it for a few months and really like it. It uses cuisenaire rods as its main manipulative, though does encourage the use of whatever manipulatives work best for your child.

Growing up my mom used "math-u-see" for my siblings, it had cubes that you used and connected.

In addition to the previously mentioned Miquon and RightStart, I've also liked:

Hands-On Standards, Deluxe Edition

Math Their Way summary newsletter and blackline masters

almost anything by Marilyn Burns

We are using Hands on Standards. The only disadvantage to this program is that you need to buy the manipulatives separately. I am adding in some worksheets and related activities to go with it, so there's a paper trail.

We love RightStart and absolutely everything is hands on/manipulative based.
I used this site to look at reviews on various programs.

RightStart math rocks! We tried 3 different programs before finding our perfect math match.

RightStart A starts you off with manipulatives that really make sense and help visualize - a special abacus, your fingers (5), tally sticks (sets of 5), math card games, tiles, etc... No boring drill, minimal worksheets, but lots of fun activities/games that really work.
