Immune Support

Thread Starter
I am going to be traveling to the East Coast (from AZ) in about a month and I feel like I should prepare my body for the trip. It's our first big journey with our 4 month old daughter and as I am prone to getting a bit out of balance myself when traveling, I want to stay on top of my game. I'm wondering what types of natural supports are safe when breastfeeding. Also, any suggestions on how to keep her happy and healthy while on the go would be welcome. Thanks!

I would be doing a good quality probiotic for yourself and for your DD.
Klaire labs makes a great infant formulation, but you need a health porfessional to set up an account for you before you order it.
There are other decent infant formulations out there as well.

I would also do extra vitamin c, vitamin d and perhaps a b complex for yourself. I have taken all of the above while BF.
