Pumping on a 10 day trip

I'm halfway through a 10 day trip for work and I'm not sure if I should keep pumping. DD is 13 m and still nurses frequently but when I am at work on a regular day I don't pump anymore. Now at day 5 of this trip I have stopped getting full or uncomfortable, should I stop pumping? I had been doing 2x a day but the last 2 I hardly got anything. I am only a tiny bit concerned about supply, I have BF for 4 years of my life and have neverhad supply issues. My milk will come back when she nurses at home?

Forgot to put that I am pumping and dumping. The logistics for saving any milk were too tough.

When my dd was 13 months old, I was gone on a business trip, but it was only for 3 days, and I did pump. I think that if I were gone for ten days, I would continue to pump were I in your shoes, even when feeling less full and not much coming out. (But you should take my response with a grain of salt. I pumped many times a day, in addition to nursing when home from work, until my dd was 3 years old.) So I don't know what to tell you. I do think that I would continue to pump, but not be concerned that very little comes out right now. When you get home, just offer a lot, and your child will get your supply back up.

If you haven't had supply issues, you don't feel any discomfort, and you are just dumping the milk anyways, I would skip pumping.

I was gone for about 5 days when my son was 18 months or so and I found that pumping (& dumping) produced less and less milk each day... but when I went home my supply returned without a problem. When my son was 2 1/2 (and still barely nursing), I was gone for a much longer trip, I didn't pump, and my milk didn't go away completely then either. I was a bit surprised by that one, I admit.

Thanks kaybee for sharing your experience. Losing my supply makes me feel sad and disconnected from DD, pumping is a physical reminder. I guess I have no reason to doubt that my supply will readjust when I get home.
