What's her tongue like? If she's not getting a good amount of aerola into her mouth it could be to do with that - any chance you think there could be a tongue tie - does it run in the family? have a look in her mouth see if she can stick her tongue out, lift up it at the back of the mouth, are her lips tight into her gums? or open out like a book when latched on? Let's start off with that and then move on from here.

Well is your let-down not fast enough for her - is she expecting the let-down immediately she latches on? Without actually seeing her nurse it's difficult to know what the problem is.
