Heat Rash?

Ok so sweet T is 10 days old and well it's HOT here....was 108 this last saturday and then 100 the last 3 days....now this morning I noticed red bumps in her neck and it runs to the back of her neck...they're tiny but I've never seen it on my other two (but heck they were winter babes).

So we're thinking a heat rash, but what's best to put on it?

Ahhh yes. My little ninja is covered in these tiny heat rash bumps as well.. and it's nowhere near that hot here.. but he's a furnace! I'm learning to keep him almost naked around the house and watch when he starts to get sweaty in the sling..

I haven't put anything on them.. I really can't think of anything that would do more help than harm. I know that when I get heat rash, the best remedy is cool air and time.

That happened to my DD on our road trip. I gave her a bath and turned on the AC. The rashes disappeared after about an hour or so.
