Earlier today, DS was playing with his blocks... he started trying to stack them (first time I've ever seen him try this without prompting)... but he was stacking them on carpet. So they'd get about 3 high and then topple... every time the toppled, he'd squeal, "oh my goodness" in a very disappointed way. It was really cute.
Then, tonight when we were putting him to bed (he likes me to lie next him with my arm over him--"mommy holdja") and he rolled over and looked at DH and said, "daddy, mommy holding me." In the sweetest little voice... it was almost like he was saying "daddy, mommy really loves me."
Sigh...I have possibly the sweetest little boy. ever. (but don't all moms?)
