patching for the summer?

My sweet 7yo is patching for his lazy eye this summer.

Anyone else going through this? He's doing ok, but would love to have a penpal or friend while he endures the stress.

My 6-year old saw his pediatric ophthamologist today and we learned that he will be patching this summer too.

Thanks & good luck to you, too! We're on day four now and I think the novelty is wearing off. I ordered some colored patches for him, though, and I'm going to take him to the craft store so he can get stickers & google eyes to decorate the patches.
