So DS (8 months tomorrow!) has been using the BBLP for several months. Lately, I've also been offering the large potty, too, so that ECing is a little easier when out and about. He's taken to it fine.
But then this morning, he did something weird. He woke up with a dry diaper and wouldn't potty for DH (b/c he was too hungry). So I took him after he ate, and he went for me, but instead of just letting it all go at once, he went in about 6-7 little squirts. He didn't cry or anything or act like he was in pain and there's no redness, but he just stopped as soon as the stream hit the water. The "hitting the water" isn't that new of a thing to him that it would startle him each time and make him stop, b/c like I said, we've been using a big potty for a while now, off and on.
What do you guys think is going on?
