I read somewhere that CoQ10 supplements can be used to improve fertility. Anbyone know anything about this? Tried them? Are they safe while breastfeeding? Tia

I don't think I knew CoQ10 was good for fertility. I take it for my lungs. I checked all over and they seem safe for pregnancy, I don't recall about breastfeeding but would assume that would be the same?

Huh, that's interesting. My neurologist suggested it for migraine prevention, but I never actually took it. Maybe I should start

CoQ10 is a powerful antioxidant that helps to rejuvenate and protect the cells in the body from free radical damage and the aging process.

It may help with egg and sperm health. It is safe to take ttc, prenatally and while breastfeeding.
