Can I make bread with these limited ingredients?

I have bread flour and a jar of yeast (for a bread machine- I dont have a bread machine though)

I also have oil and a couple large zucchini.

We just moved and I haven't restocked my pantry. I havent ever made bread by hand before, but I tossed my bread machine because it was awful.

Any ideas?

Oh and I don't have any saran wrap either....

Sounds fine to me. Here's how I make my bread:

1 cup warm water
1/8 to 1/4 cup oil or butter
2 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon yeast
a little honey or sugar sometimes

Mix the yeast and any sweetening into the water at body temperature or so.
Mix in oil and 1 cup of the flour
Let sit a few minutes
Stir in remaining flour, knead a good while til firm and smooth, add extra flour as you knead if it's sticky.
Let sit an hour, covered with a clean dishtowel, in a warm place (if you don't use AC much anywhere is fine in summer, otherwise outside or in an oven with the light turned on)
Shape as you like (I like to divide into 3, roll into snakes, and braid it), let rise another hour give or take.
Bake it at 400F for around 20 minutes, varied by shape of loaf. It's done with the top is golden brown and bottom is no longer soft. This also makes a great pizza crust with olive oil and honey.

ETA:
To knead:
On a clean surface, scatter some flour, plop your dough on it, squish it down with the heel of your hand, fold it over and turn 90 degrees, and squish again, and so on. Do this for several minutes.

Zucchini..I don't know about making yeasted zucchini bread, but I'd maybe roast sliced zucchini on this as a pizza...got any herbs, cheese?

don't forget the salt. I've tried with just salted butter and it was inedible. Add salt to the flour.

Yes, that's all you need to make bread. You should add a little honey/sugar and salt. I use equal portions of sugar and yeast.

Bread is really easy to make.

All have you have to make good bread is good flour, water, yeast or sourdough starter, and usually salt. However there are some great tuscan breads that are salt free, which are served with salt on TOP of the bread, but no salt in the bread.

So essentially to make good bread you have to have flour, water, and a levening source. After that, it's all optional.

Well, it came out great aside from the fact that I put it too close to the oven top and it burnt I just cut that part off lol...

The loaf came out HUGE! I sat it outside on my shelf to rise since i keep the a/c on 70 and it wouldnt rise indoors, it quadrupled in size lol and barely fit on my giant cookie sheet!

Sounds good! I'm glad it came out well. I turn on our fireplace and sit the bowl close to it. I guess that won't happen in the summer, though.

yeah no fireplace here! I live in south ga, so it gets hot and stays hot lol!

Out of the 2 loaves from today there is 1/2 of one left. It was so light and fluffy it was great! Gonna pick up whole wheat flour tomorrow and start trying with it. I got the laurels bread book of amazon and will start there. Hope it is as easy as the white was
