Hey everyone, I started a new June thread so that Amy could focus on her family.
Thanks for stepping up Tulpen88 we appreciate it.

Not much to say today for me except I'm real sick, antibiotics definitely not working...
Thanks Callie!

I've got nothing new going on either. I have 29 end of year reports to write (about 2-3 pages per child) for my class. I've finished about 23 of them. It is CD 2 and I'm not that bummed about it anymore, but I have been dealing with first one, then the other of my kids getting sick with a 103 fever and there is a part of me wondering how I will manage 3. Well, I guess it will just have to work itself out! I'm not going to be around much the next couple of days trying to get reports written and edited and my classroom cleaned up.

Thanks for the news thread Callie!

Amy- Best wishes to your family. My sister was around that age when she broke her collar bone and it definitely got a lot better after the first couple days. Take care!

forthekids123- Ugh...I hope you feel better soon!

Lousli- I hear ya. I've had a few days lately where my 2 kids are going wild and I wonder "WHAT AM I THINKING????"

AFM- 8DPO. I had to convince myself NOT to test this morning. I had this great plan to test tomorrow because it's DP's birthday, but I realized that I'll only be 9 DPO (I was thinking it woukld be 10). Still feeling optimistic.

Just subbing.

forthekids123, hope you feel better soon!

milosmomma, !
Callie - many thanks! May you be rewarded with a bfp for your efforts!

milosmomma: hold out until day 10 or 11!

AFM: I slept wrong last night...I'm having major upper back strain issues. I want to try to get dh to massage it tonight, but not sure the kids will cooperate. I've never been to a chiro before...do you think they could help?

Michelle - Thanks, but it wasn't meant to be for me, this cycle. Oh well. Hopefully you'll have better news soon!

Jessica - I hope you do get your BFP!! I love that you're feeling good about this cycle.

Lousli - What do you teach? That seems like a lot of work at the end of the year. I think all DH has to do is pack his stuff up and turn everything in. Tomorrow is his last day with students and Friday is their last teacher work day. Yikes, sorry your kids have been sick!

forthekids - Have you called your doctor? Don't let your UTI continue without meds that work!

AFM - It looks like AF just showed. I was getting hopeful b/c my spotting was so light today and it seemed to have stopped. I started to think that maybe it was going to stop completely. But, no. Oh well, on to cycle #6. I'm starting to feel like I might fit in with the bitter sushi ladies, but I'm going to stay here for now.
Damn. Sorry Callie.

Michelle- Have you tried heat? Hot shower, heat pack, etc? I hope it passes soon!
Callie: drats! Here's to resetting!

AFM: just trying to avoid looking at a calendar so I can't count how many days left until test time.

And I did try out our shower massage on my back and it feels better for the moment. So maybe I won't need to see any one else for now.

A quick thanks Callie. I hope you have the thread keepers luck like I did. It's a little crazy here. Ds was up at 4:00 am puking his brains out. It was awful. He slept off and on after that. The big challenge today is going to be getting him cleaned up - he's still in his soccer uniform. I am still wishing you all luck and hoping you'll join me over in the ddc!
Callie, sorry about AF and thank you for doing the thread.
Amy - my goodness. Rest up!!!!
Michelle - hang in there!
Jessica- not too much longer till you can test!
AFM - CD13, some EWCM. No smiley face on OPK yet. The past two months has been positive OPK on the 15th day. We DTD yesterday and I figure it will be a real love fest this weekend. Hope so anyway. I am so hoping this our month!!!!
Just a quick check-in... We were too tired last night, but determined this morning - let DD have a special "picnic" with dry cereal and a short video this morning to keep her entertained on her own for just a little while Our last shot for this cycle, probably! Off to pick up the grandparents soon.... It'll be interesting to see if having a little less sex works better for us - come on, BFP!!

GL, everyone! I may not be on much the next few days.
Amy - sorry to hear about your DS! Hope he recovers quickly!

Callie - I'm so sorry AF showed .

Jessica & Michelle - for you!

AFM - spotting has thankfully stopped. Now more waiting. Wish I could do something to get things going again. The waiting is torture. I can hope to O on my own, right? It's *possible*, although probably a miracle if it does happen. If nothing happens soon (like in a couple weeks), I'm going to take Provera & start all over again.
Callie - I'm so sorry crossing my fingers for cycle six for you.

hugs mama-love. miracles do happen

AFM: Doctor says will most likely change my antibiotics.. I'm really ticked.. u know after the second round of Antibiotics, I'll then get a yeast infection.. I can't believe I'm actually praying for AF this month. Then I can get my good bacteria normal again. This is no way to start a pregnancy.

forthekids - Just eat lots of yogurt and you should be fine. It always helps me to keep yeast infections away. Sorry you are going through so much!

Mollie - that you O on your own! It never hurts to hope! Don't you just hate all the waiting involved in TTC? Waiting for AF to leave, waiting to O, then the 2ww. Blah. I hate waiting.

Justthinkin - Well done with the picnic! We were able to sneak one session in while DS played in his room a couple of weeks ago. It was fun! Enjoy your time with your family!

mamalove1- Have lots of fun over the next few days! It sounds like your body is gearing up. I hope you get that soon.

Michelle - I'm glad your back is feeling better! I would imagine that a chiro would be able to help pain like that if it continues. You could also get a massage too.

Amy - Your poor son! Was it the pain meds that made him sick? I bet it was hard for him to throw up with a broken collar bone. I hope you guys are able to have a fairly calm and restful day today.

AFM - I've scheduled my ultrasound for next Weds morning. I have to drink 36 oz an hour before the appointment and hold my bladder. That'll be fun. :P Oh well, it's worth it if it helps us to figure out what's going on.

In the meantime, I'm pulling out all the stops to try to improve my odds this cycle. I'm going to stay on top of my water intake every day. I'm also drinking some rooibos tea and decaf green tea each day. And I've increased my B6 a little. I just ordered some more OPKs (I ran out this month) and we'll be using pre-seed as well. I'm considering asking DH if we can try to DTD every day from CD10 through 1 dpo. We haven't tried the every day thing yet, but now will be the ideal time to try it, since he'll be out of school all summer and I telecommute. I'll get to have some fun lunch breaks.

Sorry, gotta run but I was just reading to catch up and wanted to answer your question Callie. I teach Montessori elementary school. I have a class of 28 children ages 6-9, although one child moved up to upper el part way through the year so I have to write his report too. Next year I'm slated for 30. I have an assistant though.

My younger daughter is in the primary program, ages 3-6, and because she had a late December birthday, she will do one more year there (she's 5.5) My older daughter just completed lower el and is kind of the opposite, as she has an early November birthday we decided that she was ready to move up when she was still 5, so she will be the youngest 4th grader at the school, still being 8 at the start of the year.

Lousli - How neat! I've always been curious about Montessori schools. It must be great to teach at the same school where your children are.

How's everyone doing today? It's Friday!
Happy Friday everyone.. May you all be bless with a stress free day

AFM: 11 dpo ...I'm feeling a bit better today.. Really lost my hope for this month, but who knows. I think I'm gonna go hpt shopping today to cheer myself up.
