Well I didn't really know that af-ish cramps could be a sign of pg this early-duh . I went to $ tree tonight to get opks and picked up a supply of pg tests for next cycle. I decided to poas and I could have sworn there was the faintest line. My eyes may have been playing tricks though-more likely. That test and the one prior were both taken very late in the day. I think I might poas in the am- but that's the final test this cycle!

Drat! I'm sorry if you missed your window with your DH. I hear you on the timing though. Are you a teacher? My son was born on May 1, and it worked out really well with DH's schedule (he's a teacher). By the time I had to return to work, DH was off for the summer, so DS didn't have to go to daycare until August.

I think your temps look great! I am really bad about wanting my chart to look like my BFP chart with DS, but there's no reason that the charts have to be that similar, you know? Pregnancy charts are all different!

Oooh, you should've taken a picture!! I will be stalking the thread this morning to see if you get your BFP!

AFM - My temps are still on the lower side for 8 dpo. I keep hoping for another temp jump, but nothing yet...


Does anyone else want to take over the thread for July? I don't mind doing it at all, but I also don't mind if someone else wants to do it. Just let me know! I will be out of town next week, so if I keep the thread, it won't be updated next week while I'm gone.

Okay, so I got my 2nd high temp in a row, so obviously there's a shift. If it stays high tomorrow, I'm assuming I'll have cross-hairs at CD17. We dtd CD15 so maybe.....

If this is the month, cool. If not, oh well. A BFP next cycle would put my edd right at DS's birthday, and that wouldn't be my first choice, but we'll see.

I'm going to be out of town, visiting my parents, for the next week & a half, and OF COURSE that's when I expect AF. I don't want to test while I'm there, so I'll either be climbing the walls or bummed that AF showed up.

Callie thanks! I know I shouldn't care so much about my chart, but during the 2ww it is the only thing I have to go on, you know?

Anyway, I caved today, 9 DPO and tested with a FRER and an IC and they are both super white. Oh well, I knew it was too early. I keep hoping I'll magically turn into one of those people that gets a BFP at 9 DPO.

I'll be checking this thread to see if Forest~mama has any good news today!

Jessica - When is your DS's birthday? My DS was born May 1, and if I get pregnant next cycle I'll be due close to his birthday. Not ideal, but he'd get used to it! My sister and I have birthdays just 3.5 weeks apart and it never bothered me that our birthdays were close.

Lousli - sorry about the BFN. You've still got time for a BFP though and your chart looks great!


I have been stalking this page all day looking for updates from forest~mama!

Ooooooh forest mama....

Obviously I wasn't PG last cycle or I would have been back sooner to share with everyone AF arrived on the day I thought it would, so I'm now CD8. Guess what??? I finally decided to try temping (although i really don't know what I'm doing) Mostly out of curiosity as to exactly when I O. I usually just guess using cm, opk and o pains. I really do think I'm a pretty good guesser though Hoping I don't become extra obsessive because of the temping and charting. Last cycle was so nice and laid back! Anyway, all that rambling to just ask how I get my chart linked on the first page?

Andrea- Send Callie the link...she'll hook you up Good luck temping!

Callie- DS's birthday is April 10. The due date would be after that (and I DON'T cook babies for less than 40 weeks!), but it would be close. Honestly, I have less of a problem with another birthday near DS's birthday than have another birthday near DD's. I'm not sure why. Maybe because she's older and has an established birthday routine???? I know, it makes no sense. Weird.

Forest~mama- Seriously....we're going to need an update.

Lousli- It's natural to cave early. I can close last month (but then AF showed up at CD24....WTF????). Let us know in a couple days!

Thanks Jessica! Enjoy the time with your parents. You mean you won't test even if AF doesn't show when she should?? Wow, you have some major will power if you pull that off Major that AF stays away and you come back with some wonderful news to share with us all!! BTW, your DS has the same birthday as me

Sorry ladies- I had to work early this am So I POAS again and no line. I guess it's just hurry up and wait for af at this point. Today I'm 15dpo. Ug. We're going out with friends tonight and I'm torn on drinking or not. I may just have dh order me a soda with lime when our friends aren't looking That or I'll get a glass of wine and keep drinking it the whole night! We don't want them to know we're ttc!

Update: Still have light af-ish cramps here and there. Well I went to this site. http://www.peeonastick.com/opkhpt.html and scrolled down to nearly the end photo where it says "11dpo" and "12dpo". Not getting hopes up, but I used this same brand, and last night when I tested it looked like the 11dpo with pee test- with the super faint line that almost makes you wonder if you're seeing a line or just hoping. I had decided to not use up anymore of my next cycle tests, but just maybe...

Callie: I'm not a teacher, I just work for the school, so I have the school schedule. Hope your temps jump, and I really like you doing the thread, I don't mind if it not updated until next week.

Jessica: good luck on your trip. If it were me I'd bring some hpt's with me. Bored at your parents home... what will you do with yourself.

Andrea: you will love charting, I find it so interesting... like a science experiment.

Forest~Mama: When is AF due? How many days past ovulation do you normally go? We can't wait to hear..some good news

AFM: Had another temp dip this morning, and a positive OPK. So we didn't miss out YEAH! I'm so happy Not sure why I get so worked up over all this. I guess it's just the only little drama in my life to keep me feeling excitement.

Kat- I haven't really kept track of my cycles for a while, so I'm not sure. I know I have longish cycles though. I O'd on cd15-16 if I remember right. Now I'm on cd30-31. I'm not holding my breath- the cramping I've had for the past 3+ days feels pretty much like af coming.

Oh and Yay on the timing!
