I would recommend "Dr. Montessori's Own Handbook" if you are looking for some sort of manual.
If you want to use the Montessori Method professionally, I would encourage you to look into the AMI training. For the AMI, each Directress makes her own albums. In this way, you internalize the process of presenting lessons and become intimately familiar with the materials. The AMI training also includes study of philosophy behind the method in addition to the observation and practice teaching.

Thanks, I will try to get some good reading time on this one this weekend.

I also found a few other free full version Montessori books by Dorothy Canfield Fisher:

I've heard that Google books might not be available to view in some areas outside of the US.

Try this one (via archive.org): Montessori Mother, Canfield

You could try doing a search at http://www.archive.org to see what turns up for you. I found many books to read online when I did a search for "Montessori" in the database. Some of the book search results are from Google books, but others are not, so they may work for you.
