I'm sleeping almost literally around the clock- yesterday I woke up at 6:30am (after going to bed around 10:00pm the night before), had the day off, so fell back to sleep around 8am, woke up at 1:45pm, took a short nap from 4:30-5:15, then was in bed for the night by 10pm. And I was still tired. I don't remember being quite this tired during my first pregnancy (which was 16 years ago!) and since I'm not telling people yet that I'm pregnant, everyone just thinks I'm being lazy. I've been going with the "I don't feel well" for about three weeks now, but that's getting old. When does this go away?! DOES it go away?!

I cosleep with my 19 month old. Sometimes I'll go to bed when he goes down (8:30 pm) and wake up with him at 8 am. Sometimes I take a 2 hr nap with him during the day, but those days I don't usually go to bed until 10pm (unless he had a rough night the night before.) I too feel so lazy. The house is a mess. I feel my poor husband does everything. I'm a SAHM, but I can't seem to bring myself to do much of anything.

I'm sleeping 8-10 hours a night and I still wake up in a fog.
When pregnant with my daughter, I probably slept 10-12 hours a night, but now I have a toddler, and feel like I really need a little bit of "me" time after she goes to bed and before I do, so I get less sleep now.
And yes, my house is a mess. My husband is doing his best, but he's a teacher and at the end of the year, so he's running on empty now too.
I remember last time waiting for that "burst of energy" I was always reading about happening in the 2nd trimester. I guess that happened to me, if by "burst of energy" they meant going from completely and utterly exhausted to just really tired.

I'm 10.5 weeks, and it's just in the past week that I've started being able to occasionally get through the day without napping. I've always needed a minimum of 8 - 10 hours a night, but for a while I was probably sleeping about 14 - 16 hours a day. I'd get up late, work for a bit, nap, work a bit more, stagger through dinner, and go to bed. If I didn't nap, I would literally start swaying on my feet and be unable to string words together coherently. It's part of why we announced the pregnancy as soon as we saw the heartbeat at 7 weeks - I run a business and I couldn't hide how badly I was doing.
The house is a mess, I'm way behind on several projects, we're living on frozen food and takeaway, and I've completely given up on having a vegetable garden this year. I'm really hoping the second trimester is a lot better.

I'm pretty much exhausted all the time, often napping in the afternoon, and trying to get 8+ hours of sleep/night. Problem is - I'm having trouble sleeping at night. I'm up to pee, and having trouble going back to sleep.
Today is my day off, and I took BOTH a morning and an afternoon nap - once while the kids were at preschool, and once during naptime. Man, I'm TIRED, and 12 weeks.

I sleep 10-12 hours a night. I rarely make it out of bed before 10:15am. And I'm normally napping in the evening before hubby gets home.
If it weren't for my horse and the need for my horse therapy I wouldn't make it out of the house I don't think...let alone out of my pajamas!
I'm exhausted already today!
I'm about 10 weeks now.

I'm sleeping about 8 hours a night, but not great sleep. I wake to pee at least once & then I'm having all kinds of weird dreams...most not pregnancy related.
I lay down when I get home from work for about 30min-to an hour. A few times my head has nodded at work...yea, i'm tired. :yawning

I've been on my normal sleep schedule pretty much. I go to bed around 10:30-11 pm or so. The only difference is that the last couple of weeks I'm having a hard time getting out of bed in the morning, so I'm going back to sleep for another hour or so most mornings (instead of getting out of bed around 7-7:30 it's closer to 8:30-9 now) plus I've been trying to take an hour or so nap most days of the week. I just get so run down and tired by around 4 pm that I HAVE to nap! And I always feel much better when I get up, so it helps. Our bodies know that we need the extra rest- we are working on making a baby so we need to recharge our batteries!
