Beautiful! Thank you fr sharing. I need to get mine done. I'm so glad I'm not the only one who yells during pushing. I was at a friend's birth and she was dead silent the whole time. It made me really self-conscious about how loud I was.

For some reason, that's my favorite part of pushing! I felt so strong when I yelled. My throat was pretty sore afterward, tho. :P

Oh that was so beautiful! Thank you for sharing!! I've been having a very emotional day and of course watching your video put me over the edge!

I screamed and yelled while pushing my daughter out this time. I was vocal during my other two births, but I think not having the MW there (she didn't make it in time) took my inhibitions away. The vocalizations are so... primal and raw, to me. And my throat was sore too!

Thanks again for sharing! Having the camera set down for pushing was... perfect!

And, oh yes, the pushing screams. My sisters attended the birth (they are 22), and apparently I quite traumatized one of them with the pushing screams. Ha!

My almost 15 month old was standing right at the tub about 6 inches from me when baby started to crown. I really had no control at that point and just let it loose, poor DD was so scared! She ran and hid.
