DVD for tummy, possible diastasis recti

I've seen books recommended for mummy tummy with all kinds of exercises, but I need a dvd. I know that if I have a book, or even a list of exercises on a website, I will not do them. I won't read, figure out, do exercise, then read, figure out, and do another...etc. I need a dvd so I can just follow what the person is saying!

So can anyone recommend a dvd to fix my sticky out tummy, which would be safe in case I have this diastasis recti? I have a one finger separation, so I'm not sure how careful I need to be but don't want to take chances.

helene byrne puts out a DVD http://www.exerciseafterpregnancy.com/
that goes along with her book. It pretty much has the same info the book has and you can def. skip the book.

Julie tupler puts out one too. I personally liked the above one best and never even was able to get through the whole Julie tupler one, way too boring for my liking. Helene's actually has a couple of stages so you can start out easy and then work your way to the harder stuff. I found it more effective.

I would like to know the same thing!

I have a 3 finger separation. I got the Mummy Tummy book, and I am horrible and doing exercise from a book. I definitely need a DVD.

I did better after viewing the Tupler DVD but I never followed the whole thing, just studied the parts on how to use the splint and do the Tupler Technique. But the key to my sticky out stomach was just diet. I really thought it was more about the diastasis than it actually was. By figuring out which foods were causing me to be bloated all the the time and eliminating those, and simply eating less so I could slim down, I have actually gotten nearly to where I want to be and definitely to the point of wearing a 2 piece bathing suit again, something I wasn't sure I'd ever do again! (Was that the most annoying sentence ever?)

I could have written this post, I've been looking for the same thing. My MW wanted me to go to physical therapy to repair my separation, but we moved before I could get started and I haven't had a chance to get a new referral from our new family doc where we live now. I at least want to do some exercises on my own and see if I can fix it without therapy, but I just couldn't follow the written instructions in the Tupler book.
