I absolutely loved this.
The one main part that I liked the most is what they discovered about calcium. When you eat a diet rich in calcium, your body passes twice as much fat, straight through than those on a low calcium diet. Less fat gets digested! Who would have thought?!
I think it was in Part 2.

I also loved the whole "water fills you up" expirement. They found that drinking a glass of water does fill you up for a short while. But your stomach passes it straigh through, since there's no nutrients. So when your stomach shrinks again, you start to feel hungry again.
You're better off making the same meal as a soup, with teh water mixed right in. The stomach will hold the water longer.
Of course this doesn't work for every meal, and no one wants soup EVERY day. But it's very interesting information.

Other key points. Protein fills you up better than carbs or fats for the same number of calories.
Take a smaller portion and you'll tend to eat less.
Eat conciously... etc. all that good stuff.
