Can I get in trouble for not having crib?

I'm sure there's a thread like this but don't have time to search right now, sorry!. We finally sold the crib and moved to a new apartment building. I'm looking to hire some babysitters for the first time with DS (10 months old) and it occurred to me maybe I could be setting myself up for trouble with CPS or something for not having a crib for him? Right now we're trying out a mattress on the floor in his own room. We do have a PnP but it's tucked away in the closet.

Any stories, advice?

I couldn't imagine why you'd get in trouble. People all over the world cosleep and have been for years!
