bird netting

We just put in a couple of blue berry bushes. I know that netting is pretty much mandatory if you actually want any berries for yourself.

DH wants to use a couple of left over insect net covers for baby carriages.

Is the weave to tight on those? Will they limit the amount of sunshine that the bushes get?

i am just about to put in some blue berry bushes. I have some deer netting to put over them. I am sure that what you have will work though, if it is fairly transparent?
