My suspected "growth restricted" baby . . .

LOL well I guess he showed them!! My mw palpated a baby around that size for me at the moment too. Although given my past history, not surprising! But hey, fat squishes!!!

This is my first pregnancy (second babe) so the idea that he could top 9lbs is a bit daunting after spending a few weeks thinking we were having a little guy!

I'm feeling a leetle less zen about going past dates now though! (Today is my EDD.) I've been saying all week that Friday sounds like a good day to have a baby. I'm thinking THIS Friday sounds good.

don't fret, mama...ultrasounds are notoriously inaccurate. I DO have big babies but my first was still smaller than the rest at 8 lbs 9 oz, and that was a good 9 days after my due date. My largest so far was 9 lbs 12 oz and it was not the hardest. Trust your body and know that baby is growing the perfect size! Your body will open, bigger than baby!
