I've already forgotten what's in this bag - but maybe you know?

And I believe that, on the left of that are ?radish sprouts? (or something else?). Any rec's for eating (other than just sticking in your mouth?)

Okay, radish pods (duh, they look like pods) are the one thing. And I've read up that yes, you just eat them or saute them up in a stirfry or whatever.

What's this other stuff, I don't want to waste it, for all I know it's my new favorite something!

I have no idea. We get "CSA mystery greens" every other week and I just have a standard method of cooking them all for our first taste-testing.

Does your CSA have a web site? Ours posts what they think is going to be in the boxes each week, and they have a master list of what they grow at the farm, so we can sometimes figure it out with a bit of googling and the CSA web site.

I had never seen kale until tonight when I got our box. Only knew it was kale because our friends we share the box with told me.
